Cocoa beans also contain 9% protein, 14% carbohydrate and 31% fat. 9% protein contained in the cocoa bean contains phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan amino acid in large quantities. Because of a variety of content, chocolate also gave health benefits  very diverse.

A study conducted in Sweden showed that people who consume dark chocolate as much as one or two servings can lower the risk of heart failure. Besides that, chocolate can also lower the risk of stroke by 39%.This data was found from  a study conducted in Germany.
